• These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the purchase of cleaning chemical products (“Products”) from Chemworks Pte Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order, you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are enforceable under Singapore law.

2. Service Availability

• Our site is intended for use by Singapore-based residents, businesses, and companies. We do not accept orders from outside Singapore.

3. Orders

• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order in our sole discretion.
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. This email does not signify our acceptance of your order or confirmation of our offer to sell.
• Changes to Orders: Any changes to an order after it has been placed must be requested in writing and are subject to our approval. Additional charges may apply.
• Orders are subject to stock availability. Alternatives may be offered with your confirmation. You may cancel for items that cannot be replaced, and refunds will be issued if payment has been made.

4. Prices and Payment

• Prices: All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping and handling fees, taxes, or other charges unless stated otherwise. If a pricing error is identified, we may honour the lower price, contact you for instructions, or reject the order.
• Prices are as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error.
• Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit cards (via Opn Payments) and GrabPay.
• Taxes: You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), duties, and other charges imposed by any governmental authority.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping: We will arrange for the Products to be delivered to the address specified in your order. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you upon delivery.
• Delivery Issues: If there are any issues with delivery, such as damaged or missing items, you must notify us within seven days of receipt.

6. Returns

• Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the cleaning chemicals are received in a defective or damaged condition.
  • Incorrect Product: If the received product differs from what was ordered.
  • Unopened Products: If the product is unopened and in its original packaging, returns can be made within seven working days of purchase.
• We do not accept returns for:
  • Opened or used cleaning chemicals.
  • Products without original packaging or labels.
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance.
  • Custom or special-order products.

• To initiate a return:
  • Contact Customer Service: Email us at info@cleanbee.sg or 6789 8266 within 30 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on returning the product.
  • Shipping the Return: Pack the product securely and include the original invoice and RAN. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

7. Refunds

• Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
  • Approved Returns: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
  • Processing Time: If approved, refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 8. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please get in touch with our customer service team for instructions if you need to exchange an item for the same item.

9. Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the sale of Products will not exceed the amount paid by you for the Products. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

• You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances, including those related to the purchase, handling, and use of the Products.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Singapore.
• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and resolved by arbitration in Singapore courts.

• Where applicable, notices will be sent via email or the postal address you provided during order placement.

Force Majeure

• We are not liable for non-performance due to events beyond our control (Force Majeure).
• Force majeure events include, but are not limited to, strikes, riots, natural disasters, and governmental actions.
• Contract performance is deemed suspended during such events with an extension of time for resumption.

Waiver

• Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so later.
• A waiver of any default does not constitute a waiver of subsequent defaults.
• No waiver is effective unless in writing.

Severability

• If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

• These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the sale of the Products and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

Amendments

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued purchase of Products after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
